As with all exercises and pole fitness strengthening exercises are no different, don’t push yourself too much to begin with so that you strain yourself, or give yourself an injury. Build up the repetitions over time until you are comfortable adding more repetitions to your core pole workout exercises. Work on the technique first so that the position and exercise are performed correctly, then work on the core exercise number of repetitions.
Don’t cheat yourself as you need to adopt the correct position and posture to maximize the effect of the core pole workout exercises and to ensure you conduct them safely.
Doing less pole fitness strength training core exercises but doing them correctly is much better than doing more repetitions of the exercises but doing them inefficiently.
You want to also ensure that you can practice these core exercises on a cushioned surface so do them on a carpeted area or rug. If you have a yoga or exercise mat that is ideal also.
